I love to play games the old fashioned way. I know you are sokehcd right? I'd rather play Scrabble on a board than on an iPad, checker, monopoly etc. I ignore all the FB games, I don't want to play against virtual people or friends . I will say as far as my gagets go I am like both your sisters. I'll play something like that Kindle or on my phone until my eyelids get heavy. If I fall asleep on a book or television then that's what I dream about all night. If I fall asleep on a game I sleep more peacefully.
